Rice recipes for the whole family

Multi-coloured rice, vegetables and wurstel skillet dinner.
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil Vita D'or
- 1 carrot
- 250 g long-grain rice Golden Sun
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable broth Kania in 600 ml water
- A can of peas and corn Freshona
- 4 wurstel Salumeo
- Salt, pepper
Peel the onion, chop it finely and cook in the oil. Peel the carrot, cut it into slices and add it to the onion. Sauté the vegetables and stir briefly. Prepare the broth. Add the rice and broth to the pan with the sauté carrot and onion. Lower heat and cook rice for about 10 minutes with the lid on the pan. Meanwhile, open and drain the cans of peas and corn and cut the wurstel into small pieces. When the rice is ready, add the peas and corn and heat together. Add salt and pepper to taste

For 4 servings
- 1 litre of whole milk Milbona
- 250 g of sweet rice Golden Sun
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar to taste
- 1 jar of apple mousse
Bring milk to a boil in a pan large enough to cook the rice. Add rice and reduce heat. Simmer the rice over medium heat, stirring continuously. Rice is ready after about 40 minutes. Add sugar to taste.

For 4 side dishes
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil Vita D'or
- 1 can peeled, chopped tomatoes Italiamo
- 1 bell pepper
- 150 g frozen peas
- 200 g parboiled rice Golden Sun
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Clean the onion, dice and sauté in hot oil. Add rice and chopped tomatoes, Cook for 10 minutes. Wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Add the pepper and peas and rice with tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Add a little water if necessary. When the rice and vegetables are cooked, add one or two teaspoons of paprika powder, salt and pepper to the Djuvec. Enjoy!
