To participate, you just need to follow these simple steps:
- Launch your Lidl Plus App and click on the ‘ACCEPT T&C & PLAY' button.
- Go to your favourite store in Malta & Gozo and shop for at least one fresh fruit or vegetable item.
- Before checking out, SCAN your Lidl Plus App at the cash register.
- Launch your Lidl Plus and click on the ‘SEND TICKETS' button and you're done! It's that simple
There could be so many causes, and we will be more than glad to guide you, however, before reaching out through the customer service:
- Did you click on the ‘ACCEPT T&C & PLAY' button before shopping?
- Did you scan your Lidl Plus App at the cashier before checking out?
- Did you take advantage of any purchase discounts that decreased the value of the shopping? Note - BCSR deposits are not considered when calculating the value of the shopping.

Entries arrive automatically in the App after buying. Unfortunately, if you do not scan your Lidl Plus at the cash register, during the checkout process, you cannot retrieve your tickets at a later point.
If you are one of the lucky winners, you will receive a winning notification email from JPA our Maltese advertising agency. Please check your e-mail registered with your Lidl Plus Account in both your INBOX and SPAM every week! Good luck! Don’t worry – the agency will follow-up with you if you fail to reply.
If you are one of the lucky winners, you will receive a winning alert email with a self-declaration form and a request for the address to which the prize should be sent. All prizes are delivered by courier, and should you not be available at the time of delivery, they will call and coordinate an alternative that suites your schedule.
